Berean Christian Church Gwinnett was organized under the leadership of Pastor Kerwin B. Lee. One of the purposes was to be an extension of Berean Christian Church DeKalb County. Thus the phrase was adopted one church in two counties. The following is a chronological timeline of the history of Berean Christian Church Gwinnett County:

Opened Bible Study to the general public on Wednesday (February 2006)

  • Highpoint Community Church at Oak Road

Launched first Saturday night worship service (May 2006)

Celebrated first anniversary (October 2007)

Purchased Highpoint Community Church (December 2008)

Renovated church facility (March 2009)

Held Grand Opening for Sunday Worship Service (April 2009)
